School and sports campus
Freiham
This was the largest school building project in Munich’s history. A new school campus was built for around 3,500 pupils with four units: a primary school, support and competence centre for children with special needs; a central area with a cafeteria, double sports hall and underground car park with 200 spaces; a connecting bridge between the primary school and central area; secondary schools, approx. 1,500 m of in-situ exposed concrete; high-quality exposed concrete walls, heavy supporting structures, steel composite girders, steel composite columns.
We also built a sports park adjacent to Freiham school campus with a surface area of approx. 23,920 sqm. It includes a swimming pool, two triple sports halls connected by a clubhouse, a multi-functional building and an underground car park that links all buildings in the basement.
