• The 1st to 3rd floors each feature 2 open-plan offices for a total of 200 employees
• The 3rd floor was designed as a setback floor
• Facade made of glass sandwich panels

Architectural planning, structural engineering, landscape planning, and technical building services planning were included in the contract of Glass GmbH Bauunternehmung.
