We were tasked with the turnkey construction of a Kaufland supermarket with an elevated sales floor and 250 parking spaces underneath. The building is mostly two-storey, with three in one small area (personnel areas and access to the roof). Due to the elevated construction, customers can reach the sales area on the first floor via a moving walkway, two lifts and the customer stairway inside the building. The building covers almost the entire plot of land, making optimum use of the available space.

The delivery area for lorries is also built in an elevated construction and connected via a reinforced concrete ramp. Below the access ramp is the sprinkler storage tank.
