Turning a heat and power plant into an event location: For our customer, Allguth, we transformed a former heat and power plant in Aubing near Munich – today under monument protection – into a modern centre for art, culture and culinary art.

The building project was commissioned as a partly turnkey construction excluding building services and interior fittings, and entailed building a new event venue, converting the existing heat and power station, building a new restaurant, a new annex as well as the corresponding canalisation and outdoor installations.
