We built four apartment buildings in Kloster-Heilig-Kreuz-Strasse at the centre of Mindelheim, just five minutes on bicycle from the old town. There are a total of 56 apartments over four storeys each, as well as underground garages. The eight housing units on the top floors are penthouse flats with large terraces.
We constructed the buildings as complete turnkey solutions, including the civil engineering works and producing the precast concrete elements in our in-house precast concrete plant. The marketing and sale of the apartments was also done entirely in-house by our company group.
