We were tasked with the turnkey construction of a new building in the third construction stage of an office complex. The order included building an underground car park, adding a new floor to an existing office building, and installing building services equipment. The shell was built with in-situ concrete. For air conditioning, we installed concrete core activation with district heating and cooling. The modern interior fittings were based on a raised floor and high-quality system partition walls. The attractive facade comprises Alucobond and aluminium cassette cladding with aluminium and glass window elements.
