We were tasked with the turnkey construction of a two-storey office building including outdoor installations as well as coordinating and supervising the turnkey extension. After the shell was built as a reinforced concrete structure with brick outer walls, the building was fitted with a thermal insulation composite system with a high-quality clinker look. In addition, plastic windows combined with large-scale aluminium and glass constructions were installed on the façade. A parking area was built on the ground floor underneath the offices. The staircase and ceilings are made of exposed concrete, while the offices have raised floors.
