This order was for the turnkey construction of two buildings for Fischer Gebäudetechnik AG and Fischer Service AG including planning the building application, the detailed design and the supporting structure. Both buildings comprise office space and a production area.

The buildings were designed as precast reinforced concrete structures with in-situ concrete cores and roof trusses made of glued wood. The façade was realised with a thermal insulation composite system and partially mounted wood-look panels. We were also responsible for coordinating the building services, implementing the high-quality interior fittings and the complete outdoor installations with planted, paved and asphalt surfaces.
