Sebastians Carrée

Our project Sebastian Carrée consists of 4 multi-family houses with a total of 23 apartments and an associated underground car park. All ground-floor apartments feature terraces and special usage rights for the surrounding garden area. Each apartment on the first floor has a spacious balcony, while the penthouses on the second floor boast fully encircling roof terraces.
The energy concept and construction are implemented as a KfW Efficiency House 55.
The property was constructed turnkey by the Glass Group and directly marketed/sold. All balconies, entrance canopies, and some wall claddings in the underground car park area were produced in our in-house prefabrication plant in Mindelheim.
