We built a four-storey residential building with a convenient underground garage on the grounds of the health spa at Alfred-Baumgarten-Str. 7 in Bad Wörishofen. The basement/souterrain includes 22 underground parking spaces, the utility room and house connections, the cellars for the apartments, a bicycle storage room and communal waste disposal room, as well as four multipurpose rooms. There are three spacious apartments with high-quality furnishings on the ground floor and first floor, and two duplex penthouse apartments on the third and fourth floors with extensive roof gardens and terraces.
Glass Bauunternehmung was responsible for both the project development and turnkey implementation. The apartments were marketed by Glass Immobilien GmbH.
