We built a four-storey residential complex with a ground-floor garage with space for 20 cars including two disabled parking spaces on the grounds of the former municipal indoor swimming pool at Kaufbeurer Str. 26 in Bad Wörishofen. The 68 flats and apartments in two building complexes extend from the first floor upwards. On the ground floor there are 68 storage rooms, the utility room and house connections, a bicycle storage room and two communal waste disposal rooms for the apartments. There is also a spacious lobby, day care facilities, an open space for communal lunch, therapy, relaxation and care rooms, as well as office and care service areas on the ground floor.
Our company was responsible for both the project development and turnkey construction.
