New office building
We realised this modern turnkey office building with six basement floors and five upper floors. The 28-metre-deep excavation pit and the staircase cores in slip formwork attest to our technical expertise. The design of the façade in natural stone with green granite and aluminium/glass façade elements as well as post-and-beam elements in the atrium give the building an extremely high-quality, modern look. The interiors create a pleasant and productive working environment with open-space solutions and internal sanitary modules, sun protection with daylight control as well as ventilation and air conditioning with cooling ceilings, electrical installations including process measuring and control technology and a fire alarm system.
