On the grounds of the former Hotel Viktoria in Adolf-Scholz-Allee 4, Bad Wörishofen, we built two five-storey apartment blocks, each with an underground parking garage for 65 cars. The basement also includes a utility room with all house connections, cellars, a bicycle storage room, two drying rooms and two communal waste disposal rooms. Each building has 15 apartments from the ground floor to the second floor ranging from bedsits to spacious, three-bedroom flats, and three luxurious duplex penthouse apartments on the third and fourth floors. The roof gardens for the penthouses are located on the fifth floor.
Glass Bauunternehmung was responsible for both the project development and turnkey implementation. The apartments were marketed by Glass Immobilien GmbH.
