On the property of the former Parkhotel in Bad Wörishofen, Hermann-Aust-Straße, two residential and commercial buildings, each with 4 stories, were constructed above an underground car park. On the ground floor, medical practices and office spaces were created. In the basement, there are 86 underground parking spaces, building services, utility rooms, and cellar compartments, as well as bicycle storage and two refuse rooms. On the floors above the ground floor, 36 high-quality condominiums were developed, ranging from 36 m² apartments to four-room apartments in the attic with 210 m² of living space. Under the roof, additional technical rooms and storage units for the apartments are located.
