Glass built a new turnkey production hall and a logistics building incl. offices and outdoor spaces on 47,487 m² in a joint venture with Eitle. The production hall has a surface area of 18,500 m² and is largely single-storey with offices on the first floor.
The logistics building covers an area of 9,500 m² and is also mainly single-storey with offices on the first floor.
The offices have a total floorspace of 3,800 m². The outdoor areas include a paved area of 11,000 m² and 8,120 m² of green space.
