From many smaller locations to one: We built a completely new company headquarters for our customer, Osbra, on a 30,000 sqm plot of land. It was planned by our in-house design office as a turnkey construction project.

The completely new build comprises an approx. 13,500 sqm production hall including office space, a three-storey administrative building with 1,000 sqm of floorspace, as well as development measures and outdoor installations. The entire project was realised in a collaborative effort by all service segments within the space of one year.
