Construction of a production building within an existing production hall during ongoing operations, adhering to increased safety and quality requirements in accordance with food industry regulations.

The services included:

  • Well foundation for the precast concrete columns, including earthworks / ground pipelines
  • Construction of individual foundations
  • Partial demolition of the existing roof slab
  • Precast concrete design
  • Installation of precast concrete columns; precast concrete beams; precast concrete purlins
  • Laying, reinforcement, and concrete placement (topping concrete) of the HFT slab (self-supporting)
  • Preparation of the sub-base for the floor slab
  • Floor slab (800 m²) jointless; industrial flooring
  • Building dimensions L/W/H: approx. 28.40/22.00/10.80 m + additionally approx. 10 m steel structure
