Augustinum
Munich

Construction of a new residential building for elderly people with 92 apartments, a café on the ground floor and an underground car park with 60 parking spaces.

House 6 is a four-storey, linear structure with a bridge linking it to the existing house (House 0) on the first floor. House 7 is a tower block with 13 floors (approx. 50 m) joined to House 6 on the four lower floors. The two buildings therefore form a coherent unit. Both buildings have a gross floor area of around 14,700 sqm.

We also built a new bell tower in anthracite-coloured exposed concrete (SB4) for the St. Symeon Church on the site.
